The interior layout of the house is as follows: on the ground floor, an entrance hall, cloakroom and toilet, and on the half-floor, a guest toilet. The reception rooms, a fitted kitchen, a lounge with television and a dining room open onto the courtyard. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms, two on each side of the landing, with a variety of configurations, from alcoves to single or double beds, each equipped with its own toilet or bathroom.

On the top floor, two further bedrooms with their own en suite facilities offer stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
Surrounded by a vast 1,500m² garden planted with trees, this house features an inner courtyard shaded by a century-old plane tree, while the north courtyard houses a covered car park.
