To relax and refresh yourself, the indispensable swimming pool, a 3.20m*5.20m and 1.40m deep pool. The area is fenced with a gate that meets the standards for the youngest children.
Near the pool is a covered terrace which has been converted into a summer kitchen. The whole area overlooks the garden and offers a beautiful panorama.
Adjacent to the terrace, an independent bedroom with its own shower room opens onto the courtyard.
In the garden, the blue hut is converted into a bedroom with a 140cm bed for a nap in the garden...

The house offers a living area of 120m², it opens on the south to the courtyard and on the east to the garden. Renovated with charm: raw materials, natural textures.
On the ground floor there is an entrance hall and a toilet.
The fitted kitchen and dining area.
The living room with fireplace extends into the terrace through a French window, a welcoming garden lounge. A few steps away is a table in the shade of a beautiful tree for lunches and dinners in the garden. The barbecue is in place nearby.
On the first floor: 3 bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 1 is south facing, bright, with a 160cm bed and cupboard.
Room 2, the children's room, two 90cm rattan beds
Bedroom three, the small one, just a 140cm bed.

A garden made of nooks and crannies, each one finds its place to play, read, bask, work, the wifi is well there. Well raised to keep the freshness during the beautiful hot days of the summer.
