Charming village house with swimming pool in the heart of Saint-Restitut, an authentic village full of charm. This 125m² stone house, entirely restored with care and tastefully decorated, offers you a lovely stay in a beautiful village in the Drôme Provençale.
As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the welcoming courtyard, adorned with a beautiful fountain. A garden lounge area invites you to relax, creating a lovely space for convivial moments.
Take advantage of the 9 m² pool, which is protected by an underwater alarm. In summer, you can cool off in the unheated pool. Upstairs, a spacious terrace awaits you with a dining area and sun loungers.
The house opens onto a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, leading to an air-conditioned living room with TV and wifi, creating a convivial, modern space. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, the first with a 160cm bed and the second with two 90cm beds. A mezzanine also offers a teenager's area with two 70cm beds.
A wrought-iron staircase leads to the garden level, where you'll find a billiards room and a separate WC. An additional bedroom with bath and washbasin opens onto the courtyard, providing a private and peaceful space.
The house is ideally located, with amenities such as pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants just a stone's throw away. Explore the area with family or friends from this central and convenient location.
