Beautiful property in the countryside for rent with private heated swimming pool on the heights of St Restitut, a typical village of the Drôme Provençale.
The building on 2 levels opens on the garden level on an open kitchen with a dining room. A living room with a wood stove and TV. A last living room with 1 sofa and 2 armchairs. An independent toilet.
A laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs 5 bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom:
A first room with 2 beds in 90cm and a washbasin seen on the northern part of the garden.
A second bedroom with 2 beds in 90cm and a washbasin.
A third bedroom with a 160cm bed and its own bathroom, a washbasin and a toilet.
1 shower room and an independent bathroom.
A fourth bedroom with 2 beds in 80cm. A last bedroom with a 2 beds in 90cm which can be approached, i.e. one bed in 180cm.
A 4000m² fenced and wooded plot of land. A heated swimming pool of 11m X 5,5m with a panoramic view on the Mont-Ventoux, secured by an electric roller shutter and wire mesh 1m10 high. A gas barbecue.
Only 20mn from the motorway exit in Montélimar and the TGV station in Montélimar, 1 hour from the TGV station in Valence.
5 mn by car from Saint-Paul- Trois-Châteaux (village with all shops: grocery store, bakery, supermarket, butcher's shop, pharmacy). Saint Restitut is in the centre of the Drome Provençale on the road between Montélimar and Orange, only 30min from Avignon.
There is a bakery, café, pharmacy, bar, restaurant/tapas (Le Sidoine, Les Buisses, Le Rustic), tennis courts for the more sporty.
Saint Restitut is a village famous for its old stone quarry in which a young wine grower installed his cellar. In the summer the village offers some concerts. And every Saturday morning, a small market is set up in the village: fruits, vegetables, fish, cheese ...
The medieval castle of Suze la Rousse is located at the top of the village with a breathtaking view over the countryside. It is home to the Wine University (an introductory and advanced course in wine tasting).

Il s'agit d'une maison de campagne, vous croiserez certainement araignées, abeilles, ou guêpes. Il est vrai que la vue panoramique de cette propriété sur le Mont Ventoux est juste magnifique!
