Just a stone's throw from the local shops and its famous Saturday morning market, the Maison des Arcades opens onto a spacious entrance hall. In harmony, a magnificent living room with dining area, lounge and fitted kitchen opens onto the garden. The first bedroom has two 90 cm beds, a separate shower room and guest toilet.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet provide additional sleeping space. The first bedroom has two 90 cm beds, and the second offers a 160 cm bed with uninterrupted views of the garden and pool.
Outside, a vast garden features a natural spring-fed pool, a pool house with summer kitchen and a table for convivial meals. A secure swimming pool, equipped with an electric roller shutter, completes this beautiful setting. An ideal residence for sunny holidays in our beautiful region, close to all amenities. On the border of the Drôme and its châteaux and the Ardèche gorges.
Rated 4 stars for furnished tourist accommodation, this house is also connected to the fibre for modern comfort.
