Description
In the north of the Vaucluse, in a residential area, discover the ‘Villa Castel’.
Covering around 100m² on two levels, the house opens onto a living/dining room and a fitted kitchen.
This is followed by a garage and an airlock with a utility room. 1 shower room and a guest toilet.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, all fitted with mosquito nets, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The 750m² garden features a lovely covered terrace with barbecue. A wooden terrace for lounging by the 8.5 m x 4.5 m above-ground pool, which is no more than 1.20 m deep. The pool is secured from the terrace by a gate and an underwater alarm.
