A recent villa with a surface area of 134 m². It opens onto a spacious living room with a fitted kitchen and lounge/dining room. The living areas extend onto the terrace, with large bay windows letting in plenty of light. A utility room.
The sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of which is a suite with its own shower room, toilet and dressing room. And a children's bedroom with a single bunk bed.
Two umbrella beds are available.
A bathroom with shower and separate bath. A guest toilet.
The house has a cooling floor.
The house is located in the countryside in a residential area. The 1900 m² garden faces Mont Ventoux and overlooks the neighbourhood. The pool is heated and secured by a roller shutter.
A covered terrace beside the pool, where you can enjoy meals in the shade. A green area ideal for children. And a trampoline.
An enclosed garage and automatic gate are also available.
